Refund policy
1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing takes up to 1-2 business days not including the day you ordered sometimes sooner.
Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.
2. Can I make changes to my order?
Because we strive on processing and shipping items out as soon as possible, orders cannot be altered once payment is complete. In some cases, we may allow it. Please contact info@gxcosmetics.com about your order.
3. Are sample products available?
No.
4. Refunds
All sales are FINAL, no refunds or exchanges.
Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive tracking number.
